Within this project, Al-Ard announces a bid to Rehabilitation and Partitioning of Aeration Tank in Kharas &#8211; Hebron.<\/p>\n<p>Those who are interested in applying for the above-mentioned bid should receive the bid\u2019s documents forms Al-Ard\u2019s office in Ramallah or Hebron, between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, starting from Monday, 15\/9\/2025 (Friday and Saturday are official days off) until Monday, 29\/9\/2025. The bids shall be returned to Al-Ard\u2019s office \u2013 Ramallah, no later than Tuesday 30\/9\/2025 at 12:00 pm. The bids will be opened on Tuesday, 30\/9\/2025 at 1:00 pm at Al-Ard\u2019s Office in Ramallah (Al Bireh\/ Sateh Marhaba).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. The project is exempt from VAT.<br \/>\n2. Bidders should provide the registiration certificate and a valid deduction at source or<br \/>\n10% will be deducted.<br \/>\n3. The tender\u2019s currency is Euro and the winner bidder should provide a VAT exempted<br \/>\ninvoice.<br \/>\n4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices.<br \/>\n5. All bidders must submit a certified bank guarantee or bank check that equals 5% of the<br \/>\noffered bid.
